Job summary

You will lead new process designs, drive continuous improvement, supervise and develop operations technical staff, and coordinate APQP elements to ensure robust processes from concept to launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field.
• Experience in manufacturing and assembly environments.
• Willingness to work on-site in Pontiac, IL.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement enhancements to manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Monitor equipment reliability and address problem areas.
• Provide supervision and development for operations technical staff.
• Lead engineering support for planning, development, operation, and maintenance.
• Continuously improve current assembly process.
• Facilitate APQP elements including PFMEA.
