The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for the development, optimization, and sustainability of metal fabrication processes, including cutting, forming, and welding, to ensure efficient and high-quality production of agricultural equipment. This role is responsible for driving improvements in fabrication throughput, quality, and tooling design, while supporting both new and existing product lines.
A bachelor’s degree in agricultural, manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial engineering and five or more years engineering experience in a heavy industrial environment is required. Strong technical competency in steel fabrication, welding, machining, or paint finishing and thorough knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes is also required.3-D CAD experience is required (Pro-E Creo is preferred).
