Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field is required.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience in fabrication, machining, welding and assembly.
• Ability to interpret 2D drawings and 3D CAD models.
• Autodesk Inventor proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and CAD models prior to release to identify risks and costs.
• Recommend design improvements that ease fabrication and assembly.
• Develop and maintain routings, BOMs, labor standards, and work instructions.
• Allocate resources, tooling, and fixtures for each production step.
