Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4-7 years of experience and demonstrated conceptual knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build consensus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain methods, operating sequences, and processes for fabrication of parts and assemblies.
• Coordinate release of product improvements with other engineering functions and manage manufacturing projects.
• Lead DFx initiatives to estimate and reduce costs and improve product quality.
• Determine time standards and recommend tooling and process requirements.
• Develop and use test procedures, evaluate results and methods.
• Identify root causes, perform FMEA, and provide reports.
• Mentor and train junior engineers.
