Lutron Electronics Co., Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to contribute to high‑stakes projects, applying DfM/DfA principles to optimize manufacturability from prototype through full production.

You will collaborate with product design, production, and tooling teams to design efficient assembly processes, execute line design, and collect quality data to drive continuous improvements. This role offers hands‑on learning and opportunities for advancement within engineering and operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering; minimum 3.00 GPA.
• 1–3 years of experience in a related field.
• PFMEA experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel to oversee manufacturing and product transfer to long-term facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with product design, production plant, and tooling teams to design consumer products for high-volume manufacturability.
• Utilize DfM and DF A concepts to analyze new products.
• Execute assembly line design and process development to meet labor and quality goals.
• Support production of new products from prototype builds through transfer to a long-term facility.
• Collect and analyze process quality data for presentation to key stakeholders.
