Qualifications

• Proficiency in industry-standard software and strong communication, leadership, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively across all organizational levels to ensure alignment.
• Analyze daily reports to identify gaps in safety, quality and delivery; develop countermeasures.
• Use data analysis and PDCA methodology to develop solutions and improve processes.
• Monitor equipment and processes for optimal performance while minimizing costs.
• Support team development through training and mentoring.
• Make data-driven decisions, manage projects, and oversee technology implementation and budgeting.
