Hendrickson in Hebron, Ohio, seeks an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to turn complex production challenges into safe, efficient, and sustainable solutions across fabrication, assembly, machining, and paint processes. You will improve performance, design tooling/fixtures, support launches, and lead initiatives strengthening safety, quality, cost and productivity.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 5-8 years manufacturing experience.
• Experience with time studies, line balance and material flow.
• CNC machining knowledge and CNC programming preferred.
• Experience with tooling selection and optimization.
• Knowledge of PLC logic, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills and hands-on approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain effective, robust, ergonomic and safe manufacturing processes.
• Continuous improvement initiatives to reduce variable and fixed manufacturing cost.
• Work with Product Development on design for manufacturability for current and future products.
• Participate on Simultaneous Product Process Development Teams as required.
• Support IATF 16949, ISO 9001 certification initiatives.
• Familiar with APQP process associated with launching new products.
• Support customers with resolutions to concerns and enhancements for existing applications.
• Identify process improvements for safety, cost, quality and productivity improvements.
• Guide cross-functional activity to aid in daily manufacturing issues.
• Mentor junior Engineers.
• All other duties as assigned.
