Job summary

ARCH is seeking an engineer to design an optimal milling process for customer orders, covering both primary and secondary operations. The role emphasizes precision, accountability, and craftsmanship within a manufacturing environment.

You will create CNC programs, develop manufacturing processes for new products, and coordinate with quality on inspection methods, while mentoring engineers and machinists to raise skill levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of machining experience.
• Minimum 3 years CAM programming experience.
• Minimum 2 years in an engineering-related function.
• U.S. person status per ITAR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design an optimal milling process for customer orders.
• Create CNC programs and manufacturing processes for new products.
• Develop operation prints and coordinate with quality for inspection methods.
• Lead continuous improvement and mentor others on the floor.
