This onsite role focuses on process industrialization, equipment integration, and collaboration with Automation and Digital teams for robust, scalable manufacturing solutions.

Ideal candidates will have engineering credentials with 2+ years (or 4+ years for associates), knowledge of PFMEA/PPAP and lean practices, and experience with

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Engineering with 4+ years of experience OR Bachelor’s with 2+ years OR Master’s JD/PhD; 6+ years experience in lieu of a degree.
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and translate a specialized R&D process to full-scale production.
• Serve as process owner during industrialization, maintaining core quality during scale-up.
• Collaborate with Capability Acquisition, Automation, and Digital teams to implement scalable solutions.
• Support process optimization, documentation, and validation for repeatability and quality.
• Drive improvements in throughput, cost, and reliability.
• Identify risks and coordinate automation and digital tooling integration.
• Maintain independence and effective knowledge transfer between R&D and production.
