Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Souderton, PA for a direct-hire, onsite role with a 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule. You will own CAM programming from 3D models through CNC proof‑out and collaborate closely with machinists to turn shop-floor knowledge into repeatable methods.

The ideal candidate has five or more years in manufacturing engineering, hands‑on CAM experience, and a track record of developing processes and work instructions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CAM programming from 3D models
• Experience creating CAM programs for CNC equipment
• Strong foundation in machining, tooling, and fixturing
• Knowledge of GD&T and process documentation

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain CAM programs for CNC setup and production
• Develop work instructions, setup sheets, and SOPs
• Troubleshoot production issues with machinists and quality
• Improve tooling, fixturing, part quality, and process efficiency
• Support new CNC equipment and molding operations
