Ford Motor Company is seeking a battery manufacturing engineer to lead the industrialization of Cell-to-Pack BEV battery pack facilities. You will specify, deliver and commission cutting-edge processes and equipment to meet top quality and cost targets, with a focus on continuous improvement.
You will manage projects, collaborate across Product, Purchasing and Suppliers, and drive manufacturability for new battery packs while supporting plant operations and transitions to production.

In this battery manufacturing engineering role, you will work actively on Industrialization of Cell-to-Pack BEV Battery Pack factories with a diverse, multi‑functional team to specify, deliver and commission state‑of‑the‑art processes and equipment that meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction in the New Energy Vehicles of tomorrow.

This position is a salary grade 6-8 and ranges from $72,480-162,120.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.

This position is hybrid. Candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub location may be required to be onsite four or more days per week.
