Job summary

PCI + Comar is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive capital infrastructure projects and automation improvements in our plastics manufacturing environment. You will plan projects, define requirements, and manage resources, while collaborating with operations, engineering and vendors to ensure safety and quality.

You will develop engineering solutions, troubleshoot production issues, and lead initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and standardize processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Technology, Engineering or related field.
• 4 years process engineering or technical manufacturing experience in plastics.
• 4 years Project Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan and deliver Capital Infrastructure Projects.
• Develop engineering solutions and provide production diagnostics support.
• Lead improvements to safety, efficiency and cost reduction across the plant.
• Standardize automation equipment and processes to meet safety and regulatory standards.
