• Root cause analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing Engineering projects from planning through production launch.
• Develop and improve manufacturing equipment, processes, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste, and raise efficiency.
• Review engineering deliverables for feasibility and schedules.
• Serve as a manufacturing liaison through the product lifecycle.
