Genie Matthews and Associates is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a client renowned for high-quality aseptic bottling and packaging. The role focuses on reliability, machine efficiency, root-cause analysis, and safety enhancements in a production environment.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in manufacturing, experience with food-grade processes, and strong CAD/automation knowledge. This position requires hands-on leadership and cross-functional collaboration in Indianapolis.

Competenze

7–10 years of engineering experience in a production facility with emphasis on OEE and process improvements.
Hands-on project management experience and leadership.
Experience in a food-grade environment (FDA, GMP, HACCP) with high-speed packaging equipment.
Strong knowledge of automation and controls (PLC, DCS) and packaging equipment design.
Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma tools experience.
Proficiency with CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Inventor, and SolidWorks.

Mansioni

Develop and lead projects focused on reliability and machine efficiency improvement.
Perform root cause analysis and drive safety and maintenance effectiveness.
Utilize data acquisition and analysis to implement manufacturing improvements.
