Qualifications

• B.S. in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 4+ years of related engineering experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Expertise in GD&T.
• Understanding of PPAP through PPAP Level 5.
• Experience with assembly and testing of aerospace parts.
• Demonstrated communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and innovation of branded solutions for DoD and commercial sectors.
• Drive automation techniques to optimize production capabilities.
• Perform DFMEA and PFMEA to identify design and manufacturing risks.
• Analyze production processes, schedules, methods, and data for future requirements.
• Interface with suppliers to lead APQP activities (PFMEA, Control plans, PPAP).
• Lead projects around Industry 4.0, Digital Factory, Model Based Enterprise, Advanced Manufacturing, Additive Manufacturing.
• Document and present technical data, analyses, and reports clearly.
• Review manufacturing instructions to improve customer efficiency.
• Develop process strategy documentation outlining changes and analyses.
• Provide feedback between customers and team to drive improvements.
• Mentor junior engineering staff and oversee project progress.
