Qualifications

• AA/AS degree with 4–7+ years experience.
• BA/BS degree with 2–4+ years experience.
• MA/MS degree with 0–2+ years experience.
• Teambuilding focus, principles and practices.
• Experience working with an hourly production group, union or non-union.
• Metric usage.
• Support weekly production meetings.

Responsibilities

• Intense emphasis on identifying non-conformances and prompt remedial actions.
• Determine root cause and corrective actions in a timely, cost-effective manner.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and hourly functions.
• Support manufacturing engineering teams and projects as assigned.
• Meet production schedules, on time, at cost targets.
• Lead by translating needs into clear priorities and instructions.
• Coach/mentor others and help staff development.
• Provide resources to resolve issues and reach the right people.
