Overview

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with a genuine passion for building impactful solutions. You will play a critical role in creating and refining processes to improve manufacturing safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain work instructions and manufacturing specifications
• Support Operations and Maintenance in reducing or eliminating equipment and tooling downtime, using solid analytical methodologies, including hands-on evaluation and interaction with plant personnel
• Manage capacity addition, process improvement, and/or equipment replacement projects, including project scope, costing, business case development, resource planning, timeline, and execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to develop improvement initiatives (process, equipment, product) with scope of work, timelines, labor requirements, costs, and return on investment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in manufacturing engineering and capital project management in metalworking/machining manufacturing processes
• Experience with CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is desirable
