Job summary

LHH is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a growing industrial equipment manufacturer just outside Milwaukee. The role focuses on supporting fabrication, machining, welding, and assembly processes to optimize production.

You will create routings, work instructions, and tooling solutions, review drawings and BOMs, and maintain ERP data and labor standards. Exposure to SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ERP systems, or Lean Manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.
• Exposure to SolidWorks, AutoCAD, metal fabrication, ERP systems, or Lean Manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing processes involving fabrication, machining, welding, and assembly.
• Create routings, work instructions, production documentation, fixtures, and tooling solutions
• Troubleshoot production issues and identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost
• Review engineering drawings, bills of material, CAD models, and manufacturing specifications
• Maintain ERP manufacturing data, labor standards, work centers, and routings
