Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of CNC tools, programming, controls.
• Familiarity with cutting tools, fixturing, and work-holding.
• Experience in manufacturing process development and review.
• Strong lean manufacturing knowledge and problem-solving.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Job Summary: Plan, direct, and support manufacturing processes and personnel in a CNC machining environment. Research and resolve production problems, establish and implement standard requirements for equipment, tooling, and methods. Determine best utilization of equipment, material, and personnel.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Development and Implementation

• Develop and implement new production equipment to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
• Ensure equipment meets production requirements and safety standards.

Documentation and Accuracy

• Maintain accurate work instructions, routings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and reflects current processes.

Process Improvement

• Drive process improvements focused on cost reduction, quality, and safety.

Required Qualifications
