Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Manufacturing Engineer / VES Leader is responsible for driving continuous improvement across the production department in Sterling, VA.
This role partners closely with the site leadership team to identify inefficiencies, optimize manufacturing processes, and deploy Veralto Enterprise System (VES) methodologies on the shop floor.
This is a fully on‑site role where you will act as a hands‑on leader within daily operations—troubleshooting issues, supporting production, and strengthening overall manufacturing performance.
US ONLY. The compensation range for this role is $80,000 - $95,000 USD per year. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue‑based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
