Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Machining industry experience preferred.
• Experience in machining processes and tool management.
• Proficient with 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve problems quickly and make recommendations for long term solutions.

Ichor Systems is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer who enjoys improving processes and helping production run smoother every day. If you like solving problems, working with different teams, and making things more efficient, you’ll feel right at home here. Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, the Manufacturing Engineer will be on site at our Sauk Rapids, MN location.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities – Other Duties May Be Assigned.

• Resolve problems quickly and make recommendations for long term solutions
• Investigate new methods of manufacturing or technology to improve current processes, increase capacity and throughput
• Communicate effectively with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Purchasing, Planning and other cross-functional departments.

• Experience in machining processes, machine tools, and consumable tooling preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft office software preferred.
• 3D CAD experience required (SolidWorks preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide accurate, timely work.

For candidates based in Minnesota: The pay range for this position is $72,800 – $123,800 per Year .

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training.
