Global Ordnance LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and optimize processes for cartridge case production. You will collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and government stakeholders to improve safety, quality, and efficiency in defense manufacturing operations.
The role requires a solid background in metal forming, heat treatment, and process optimization, with an emphasis on DOE, troubleshooting, and documentation of procedures.

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, sustaining, and improving manufacturing processes associated with cartridge case production, deep draw metal forming, annealing, heat treatment, and related industrial manufacturing operations supporting the defense industrial base. The Manufacturing Engineer will work closely with production, maintenance, quality, EHS, and government stakeholders to improve operational performance, process capability, throughput, safety, and product quality while supporting mission-critical defense manufacturing operations.
Work will be completed in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment and may require some business travel to Department of War sites, trade shows & conferences, customers and suppliers will be required as business conditions need.
