Job summary

TRG Manufacturing Search Division is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to improve machining and assembly processes, design tooling and equipment, and lead upgrades from concept to implementation. Collaborate with operations, product engineering, and the site’s automation team to boost quality, capacity, and modernization.

The role requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering, 7+ years in industrial manufacturing, and 4+ years in tooling/equipment design, with strong CAD (SolidWorks) and GD&T skills.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• 7+ years of industrial manufacturing experience.
• 4+ years designing tooling, equipment, or specialized machines.
• Hands-on experience with machining and assembly processes, equipment troubleshooting, and production support.
• Experience managing equipment projects from concept through implementation.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD, preferably SolidWorks, and strong GD&T knowledge.
• Strong communication skills; PDM/PLM, automation, and Lean manufacturing experience are a plus.

• Proficiency with 3D CAD, preferably SolidWorks, and strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Strong communication skills; PDM/PLM, automation, and Lean manufacturing experience are a plus.
