SARGENT is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to improve production performance, launch new products, and influence manufacturing evolution. You will work hands-on solving problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading improvements that impact the business.
The role sits on-site in New Haven, CT, reporting to the Profit Center General Manager. Ideal candidates have 2–5+ years of hands-on experience, a strong lean manufacturing background, and proficiency with CNC and SPC.
SARGENT is a market leader in locksets, high security key systems, door closers, exit devices, electro-mechanical products, and access control systems for new construction, renovation, and replacement applications. The company's customer base includes commercial construction, institutional and industrial markets. Included in SARGENT's product offerings are windstorm certified locks, hardwired and wireless access control devices, designer levers and antimicrobial hardware coating.
