Job summary

Hartzell Engine Tech (HET) is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Engineer to support production improvements and document processes. You will work under supervision to learn manufacturing systems, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure quality and safety standards.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field and 0–2 years of experience. Proficiency with MS Office and strong communication are valued in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

  • Assist with documenting manufacturing processes, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
  • Collect and analyze production data to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing and quality improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with operators and technicians to resolve routine production issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities

Education and Experience
  • Beginning knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering principles
