Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing operations by driving industrial engineering initiatives, improving production efficiency, resolving manufacturing challenges, and implementing continuous improvement strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in lean manufacturing, industrial engineering methodologies, production optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve industrial engineering strategies to support manufacturing operations.
  • Participate in planning and optimizing production sequences for assembly operations.
  • Balance manpower requirements based on production demands and organizational objectives.
  • Define, standardize, and optimize work instructions, assembly line configurations, and workstation layouts to improve productivity.
  • Analyze production processes through observations and measurements to maximize value‑added activities.
  • Evaluate production performance and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes.
  • Lead and participate in Kaizen workshops to solve operational challenges and implement sustainable process improvements.
  • Perform material flow analysis, value stream mapping (VSM), capacity analysis, and other industrial engineering assessments.
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing issues, reduce production bottlenecks, improve delivery performance, minimize missing parts, and resolve quality concerns.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Production to achieve operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Final Assembly Line (FAL), or Quality Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of Industrial Engineering principles and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
  • Hands‑on experience with Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Material Flow Analysis, Capacity Analysis, and other diagnostic tools.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive industrial engineering strategies.
  • Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives and leading Kaizen events.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, innovative, and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to overcome operational challenges and deliver sustainable process improvements.
