Job summary

Lumicity in Minneapolis is seeking a Manufacturing/Process Engineer to drive lean improvements and optimize yield, throughput, and efficiency. The role leads root cause investigations, CAPA activities, and supports transfer and scale-up from development into production, while executing PQ and readiness assessments, and documenting SOPs and work instructions.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1–7 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience.
• Background in regulated industries.
• Experience applying Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and communication skills.
