Responsibilities

  • Act as the bridge between Design, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.
  • Develop and improve manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
  • Support product launches from concept through production.
  • Participate in prototype development, testing, and manufacturing trials.
  • Troubleshoot production and process-related issues.
  • Translate product designs into manufacturable, scalable solutions.
  • Partner with domestic and international manufacturing teams to support production needs.
  • Drive continuous improvements in quality, efficiency, and manufacturability.

Job description

A growing manufacturer is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to serve as a key link between Product Development, Engineering, Industrial Design, and Manufacturing. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role focused on transforming product concepts into efficient, repeatable manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate enjoys working cross-functionally, solving technical challenges, and partnering with both design and production teams to bring new products to market.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Act as the bridge between Design, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with soft goods manufacturing, including upholstery, fabrics, vinyl, leather, or related materials
  • Product development or new product introduction experience
  • Experience supporting production facilities and manufacturing operations
  • Background in seating, furniture, automotive interiors, recreational products, or similar industries
