Job summary

EPITEC is seeking an on-site SAP EWM Warehouse Process Engineer to support Mattoon, IL operations. You will serve as the SAP EWM SME, optimizing receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping, and training staff on SAP processes.

You will analyze operational data, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements in productivity, quality, delivery, safety, and cost, partnering with supervisors and leadership to achieve continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
• Hands-on SAP EWM experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with process improvement and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SAP EWM transactional expert for warehouse operations.
• Define, support, and improve receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Troubleshoot system and operational issues using root cause analysis.
• Analyze warehouse performance data and create visualizations.
• Train warehouse employees on SAP EWM transactions and processes.
• Collaborate with teams to improve operational performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focusing on productivity, quality, delivery, safety, and cost.
• Monitor KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations.
