Fast paced manufacturer with a diverse business mix is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for an assigned area of the plant. The Manufacturing Engineer will work within a collaborative team and will support a growing multi-shift operation. Daily you will have the following responsibilities:
This position requires candidates to be on the manufacturing floor up to 75% of their day. Candidates should be able to participate in team oriented projects, be detail oriented, be data driven, energetic and able to take ownership of projects. This is a great position for someone that enjoys floor presence, is continuous improvement focused, and prefers a diverse engineering role!

Requirements for the Manufacturing Engineer:
1. Minimum of an Associate's degree; a Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred
2. At least two years of similar fast-paced manufacturing engineering experience
3. Experience initiating continuous improvement efforts
4. Project management experience, including timeline management
5. Mechanical aptitude
6. Ability to read blueprints
7. 2D and 3D modeling
8. Microsoft Office, including Excel
