In this role, you'll drive continuous improvement, support equipment and process reliability, and help scale operations through lean principles and standardization. You'll work closely with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to improve productivity, troubleshoot issues, and support new equipment installations — from optimizing plant layout to building preventative maintenance programs, keeping the facility running efficiently and safely.
