Determining compensation for this role depends upon several factors, including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, office location, and other business needs. The base salary range for this position is disclosed as requested by local law. Eligibility for discretionary bonuses, medical, dental, vision benefits, and the company’s 401(k) retirement plan is also available.

Overview

One of our best clients is looking for a talented Manufacturing Engineer to develop efficient manufacturing systems and machining requirements. Working with engineering and manufacturing teams to determine the best manufacturing process for existing and new products, and collaborating with quality personnel to ensure that all quality aspects of product design and manufacturing are met by applying engineering principles.

Must Haves

• Minimum 3–5 years in manufacturing engineering
• Proficient in SolidWorks
• Background in machine design, tooling, controls, or field maintenance
• In‑depth ERP experience

Nice to Haves

• Packaging industry experience
• Skill in operation of machining equipment
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering discipline (BSME)
