Job summary

Turbotec, a Mueller Industries company, is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer in Newton, NC to support plant operations and production efficiency. You will work across manufacturing, maintenance, and engineering functions in a hands-on leadership role.

Responsibilities include leading maintenance teams, troubleshooting shop floor issues, driving process improvements, developing new manufacturing methods and tooling, and assisting with prototype development while ensuring quality and efficiency

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering (or related) or equivalent experience.
• Experience in manufacturing processes, fabrication, tooling, and process improvement.
• Knowledge of HVAC/heat exchanger systems (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Turbotec, a company of Mueller Industries located in Newton, NC, is actively hiring for the position of Manufacturing Engineer. Turbotec produces a diverse range of high-performance heat exchangers for virtually any space conditioning or refrigeration application for the geothermal, water heating, solar, heat recovery, and heat pump markets. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will assist in many areas of the plant and production.

About the Role
