Job summary

Babich & Associates in Fort Worth, TX seeks a hands-on Manufacturing/Process Engineer to develop, implement, and improve production processes. You will support production on the shop floor and drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in mechanical/industrial/manufacturing engineering and at least one year of experience, with proficiency in 3D CAD and reading drawings to optimize tooling, fixtures, and equipment on a 100% onsite basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 1+ year hands-on manufacturing/process engineering experience.
• Experience supporting production in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with 3D CAD; SolidWorks or similar software preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and use standard measuring equipment.
• Experience with tooling, fixtures, assembly processes, or manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and continuous-improvement skills.
