Job summary

NSK is seeking a process improvement professional to design new-product processes, study KPIs, and drive production readiness.

You will lead productivity initiatives, deploy automation on lines, and present improvement plans to senior leadership while collaborating with teams through the PDCA cycle.

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, cost-conscious planning, and delivering measurable efficiency gains in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Design processes for new products and propose efficient ideas.
• Study Line KPI targets and prepare for production; resolve technical issues.
• Improve profitability through productivity improvements.
• Analyze and improve existing lines to optimize productivity.
• Establish in-plant technologies and deploy across lines.
• Work with a team following PDCA to meet targets.
• Define, schedule, implement, monitor and standardize improvements.
• Perform cost estimates for improvement ideas including equipment and installation.
• Communicate and present improvement plans to senior executives.
