Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Pawtucket, RI | Salary: $78,000 - $96,650 (1 week ago)

Responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of products, quality systems, and manufacturing workflows
• Contribute to new product launches, tooling design, and process validation
• Implement Lean/Six Sigma practices, reduce re‑work, and enhance efficiency across shifts
• Manage wire drawing, knitting, and respooling while ensuring safety, quality, and throughput
• Develop multi‑shift teams, foster accountability, and partner cross‑functionally to deliver improvements

Qualifications

• A Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering degree
• At least 3 years of experience in engineering or manufacturing position.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems
• Skilled in Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 standards a plus
