Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to evaluate and improve processes, reduce costs, and drive quality across production lines in Tennessee.
You will lead root-cause analyses, implement lean initiatives such as Kaizen and 5S, design tooling, and support new product introductions while maintaining up-to-date process documentation. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in manufacturing engineering, a degree in engineering, and knowledge of ISO/TS and IATF standards.
Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction
Design and modify tooling, fixtures, and equipment to support production goals
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action for production issues
Implement lean manufacturing initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, standard work, etc.)
Support new product introductions and engineering changes
Develop and maintain process documentation (work instructions, PFMEA, control plans)
Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive corrective actions as needed
2+ years of relevant engineering experience within a manufacturing environment
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ISO/TS and IATF standards
Must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. Client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Base salary starting in the 60k-80k range (based on experience)
