  • Create detailed plan layouts and documentation to guide machining and assembly operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and maintenance to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
  • Monitor manufacturing processes and machine performance to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Train and support production staff on new equipment and updated manufacturing procedures.

About the Role:

The Manufacturing Engineer plays a critical role in optimizing and enhancing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, high-quality production. This position focuses on programming, setting up, and maintaining machines to meet precise manufacturing specifications. The engineer will collaborate closely with production teams to develop and implement process improvements that reduce waste and increase throughput. They will also be responsible for creating detailed plan layouts and programming G-code to drive automated machining operations. Ultimately, this role ensures that manufacturing operations run smoothly, safely, and cost-effectively while meeting all quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications:
