We have an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Engineerat our E78th facility in Cleveland, OH. This position will report to the Plant Manager, and is responsible for bridging the gap between product design and plant floor execution, ensuring products are forged safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively. Major responsibilities include process optimization, troubleshooting, lean manufacturing, and process documentation.
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing forging processes and automated systems to improve productivity, reduce downtime, and drive cost efficiency. This role is expected to be on the manufacturing floor a minimum of 60% of the time.
This position plays a critical role in improving operational efficiency, reducing downtime, and enabling scalable automation across forging operations. Success in this role will directly contribute to increased productivity, reduced costs, and improved process reliability. This position reports to the Plant Manager with a dotted line responsibility to the Engineering Manager.
