Job summary

MicroAire, part of Marmon Holdings, Inc., seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to support sustaining products and design transfers in a regulated medical-device environment. You will lead process development, fixture/tooling design, validation, and continuous improvement, serving as a bridge across design, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Biomedical Engineering.
  • Experience in manufacturing engineering within medical devices or regulated industries (open to new grads with internship experience).
  • Experience with design control, process validation, and manufacturing documentation.

About the Role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to play a key role in supporting both sustaining products and new product design transfers in a regulated manufacturing environment. This individual will lead and support manufacturing process development, fixture and tooling design, process validation, and continuous improvement efforts—serving as a technical bridge between design, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers. This is an individual contributor role ideal for an engineer who enjoys hands‑on problem solving, cross‑functional collaboration, and applying sound engineering judgment to ensure manufacturability, quality, and compliance.

What You’ll Do
  • Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes, fixtures, tooling, and equipment.

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
  • Manufacturing Engineering experience, preferably in medical devices or a regulated industry (this role is open to new grad engineers with meaningful intern experience).
  • Experience with design control, process validation, and manufacturing documentation.
  • Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
