FORGING EXPERIENCE IS A MUST. Only apply if you have hands-on forging experience. We are looking for candidates with 3 to 4 years of real experience, not fresh master’s graduates or interns.

RESUME SHOULD emphasize forging experience

Plan and perform engineering work in developing and/or improving products, processes, equipment, and quality. Assignments will involve a variety of production challenges and require the use of standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria. Develops clear and specific objectives for given assignments. Effectively participates in a team setting to achieve results. Develops a product knowledge expertise for the assigned area of responsibility

Responsibilities

• Implements and optimizes manufacturing techniques, processes, and tooling to maximize efficiency and reduce cost
• Assist in the resolution of issues in manufacturing
• Participates in the adoption of new technologies and processes to achieve greater efficiency
• Works with cross-functional teams to accomplish production targets
• Meets production requirements by designing equipment and/or tooling modifications as needed
• Initiate and control cost reduction projects to achieve targets
• Works with project personnel to ensure the smooth implementation of process development work into plant operations
• Communicates progress through management updates and team meetings

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Forging experience is required and a must
• 3+ years of manufacturing/design hands-on experience ( no internship)
• Experience with SolidWorks or any 3D software is required
• Possess good oral and written communication skills
• Understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical systems and PLC systems
