Job summary

Round-Peg Solutions (RPS) in the United States is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to optimize production processes, drive continuous improvement, and support composite, rubber, and polymer-based products in a highly regulated environment.

You will lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, develop work instructions, design tooling, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production to solve manufacturing challenges and improve throughput.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience.
• Experience with composites, rubber, elastomers, polymers, or plastics.
• Experience with tooling, fixtures, and process improvement.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Aerospace or regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
