Manufacturing / Process Engineer - Caledonia, Michigan

We are seeking a Manufacturing / Process Engineer to lead new product introductions, improve manufacturing processes, and provide technical support throughout the production lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Lead NPI and implementation of new manufacturing processes.
  • Improve productivity, quality, labor efficiency, and material costs.
  • Apply Lean Manufacturing / continuous improvement techniques.
