HireOn Tech in Minnesota is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with 2+ years of experience to design fixtures, develop work instructions, and support operators on the shop floor.

The role emphasizes hands-on fixture design using CAD/CREO, integration with welding/brazing processes, and releasing engineering documentation. Collaboration and independence are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience.
• STEM Degree (Engineering preferred).
• Experience supporting production operators and technicians.
• Hands-on fixture design and work instructions experience.
• Experience with CAD/CREO for fixture design and drawings.
• Experience designing fixtures for welding and brazing processes.
• Knowledge of SAP, Teamcenter, and Manufacturing Operations.
• Ability to adapt equipment designs to manufacturing processes.
• Document, release, and maintain engineering documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
