Job summary

Q1 Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with 2+ years of experience to support production operators and technicians. You will design fixtures for welding and brazing, create work instructions, and leverage CAD/CREO for drawings and documentation.

Ideal candidates hold a STEM degree, have hands-on fixture design experience, and can work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with strong collaboration and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting production operators and technicians
• Strong experience in Fixture Design and Work Instructions
• Hands-on experience with CAD/CREO for fixture design and engineering drawings
• Experience designing fixtures used for Welding and Brazing processes
• Knowledge of SAP, Teamcenter, and Manufacturing Operations
• Experience adapting equipment/machine designs to manufacturing processes
• Ability to document, release, and maintain engineering documentation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
