Job summary

Entegee near Burlington, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a direct-hire, full-time position. This role develops and optimizes manufacturing processes, documentation, and tooling strategies for CNC machining operations in regulated environments.

Responsibilities include creating operation sheets and travelers, collaborating with CNC programmers and machinists to improve productivity, and ensuring compliance with engineering specs and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Experience with CNC programmers and machinists.
• Experience in aerospace or medical device manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of metalworking and plating processes.
• Proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and inspection instructions.
• Experience with process engineering concepts including workholding, tolerance stack-up, and datum structures.
• Experience generating process documentation including operation sheets and travelers.
• Experience supporting CAD/CAM activities.
