Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to optimize production processes on the shop floor in Broken Arrow, OK. You will analyze workflows, implement lean solutions, and collaborate across functions to support new product introductions and process improvements.

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing, improving, and maintaining efficient manufacturing processes and systems within the production environment. The scope of the role includes analyzing workflows, implementing new technologies, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The purpose of this position is to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality, supporting the organization’s overall operational and strategic objectives.

The base salary for this role is typically $83,000.00-$98,000.00.
