Link Technical Talent is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join a global manufacturing team in Foster Brook, PA. The role focuses on CNC programming, tooling design, CAD-based process improvements, and capital projects with extensive specialist training and clear career progression into senior and management roles.

Ideal candidates have an engineering degree and CAD experience, with interest in Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma certifications.

Formación

• Engineering degree (Associate's or Bachelor's) with relevant experience.
• CAD experience and familiarity with CAD/CAM processes.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma certifications are a plus.

• Support manufacturing operations through process engineering, tooling design, CNC programming, equipment troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Interpret engineering drawings, develop bills of materials, and improve manufacturing processes using CAD and ERP systems.
• Receive specialist training in CNC, CAD, Lean, Six Sigma, and project management, with progression into senior and management roles.

Are you a Manufacturing, Mechanical, Process, Quality, Project or similar Engineer with some CAD experience, looking to join a global manufacturer offering extensive specialist training, Lean and Six Sigma certifications, and progression into senior and management roles?

In this role, you will join a team of five Manufacturing Engineers, supporting production processes, interpreting engineering drawings, developing bills of materials, and improving manufacturing efficiency. Depending on your background and interests, you can specialize in CNC programming, tooling design, equipment troubleshooting, Lean manufacturing, or capital projects.

This role would suit a Manufacturing, Mechanical, Process, Quality, Project or similar Engineer with some CAD knowledge, looking for varied technical responsibilities, specialist training and long-term career progression.
