Dizario Search is conducting a search for a Manufacturing Engineer near Tupelo, MS for a well established manufacturing organization. This is a highly visible role that will be optimizing the scrap reduction process and improving the efficiency of their production.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated success with scrap reduction initiatives
• Experience optimizing production efficiency
• Proven track record in ROI improvement
• Background as a Manufacturing or Industrial Engineer in manufacturing

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Technology, or 3–5 years of related manufacturing experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to train others and be approachable, helpful, and supportive
