Required: 3+ years in manufacturing engineering, process-improvement skills, and experience with DOE, FMEA, and SPC. CAD experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks is preferred; industrial automation experience is a plus.

Qualifications

3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
Expertise in process improvement and continuous improvement.
Experience with DOE, FMEA, SPC or similar quality tools.
Proficient with AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
Industrial automation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead high-impact improvement projects from idea to implementation.
Work closely with production, maintenance, and engineering teams.
Influence how products are made — not just maintain the status quo.
